Payment Policy
Zenithify takes payment through a certified processor so no card data touches this server.
What we accept
Checkout currently accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, WeChat Pay, Klarna and Afterpay. Anything not listed here is not accepted, however the button may be labelled elsewhere on the internet.
Currency
All charges are in United States dollars (USD). If your card is issued outside the US, your bank sets the conversion rate and may add its own foreign transaction fee — that fee is theirs, not ours.
When you are charged
Once, at checkout, for the full amount shown in the cart. We do not pre-authorise and re-charge, and we do not bill on dispatch.
Card security
Card details are entered on the payment provider’s hosted form and are processed on their PCI DSS compliant systems. This website never receives, stores or logs a full card number. The connection is encrypted end to end.
Declines and verification
If a payment is declined, no order is created and no money leaves your account; a pending authorisation may appear briefly and then drop off. Large or unusual orders occasionally trigger a manual check — if that happens we email you within 1 business day rather than cancel silently.
Sales tax
Sales tax is not added at checkout – the price you see is the total you pay.or card surcharges on top.
Refunds
Refunds go back to the card or account used for the original payment — we cannot send a refund anywhere else. Timing is on the Refund and Returns Policy page.
